The GBI project management approach to your project is borne of more than 20 years of overall experience and expertise in the process development, scale-up and subsequent cGMP manufacturing and fill and finish of biopharmaceuticals such as monoclonal antibodies and other recombinant proteins. For every project, GBI assembles a Project Team with a single Project Manager (PM) as the point-of-contact. Your PM is an experienced veteran in biological manufacturing and will be the advocate for you within GBI, will ensure that project timelines are met and that information is communicated to you in a timely manner. Beginning with the Tech Transfer meetings and continuing during all phases of the project, the PM will coordinate weekly or biweekly meetings with you and the GBI Project Team as appropriate in order to communicate the progress of the project and discuss the path forward. To ensure adherence to set schedules and timelines (Gantt) for completion of the project, the PM will use systems for internal project monitoring such as project status meetings and project checklists among other tools.
