We work with most cell lines used for manufacturing monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins, including CHO, NS/0, BHK, 293 as well as murine hybridomas, and all selection systems used with these lines.
We have also worked with several different selection systems such as dhfr / methotrexate CHO, mycophenolic acid/xanthine, and G418 systems. Our experience includes attached or surface dependent as well as suspension culture types.

How Do We Do What We Do?

Our team meeting

Every successful business utilizes an approach that works exceedingly well for them and their customers. We do too.

Ask about our history. As a company, we've had high and low points. Like all companies we've had our share of challenges, but our leadership and staff are been proactive, identifying and successfully resolving potential pitfalls and weaknesses, many times before a problem arises.

Team Approach

We work as a team with a fresh approach. You'll never hear "That's the way we've always done it." Biological manufacturing technology changes rapidly and we're on the cutting edge. Plus, we're small enough that we can assure you that every client gets the attention of every senior manager on a daily basis and on every facet of your project.

Transparency

When any significant issue arises, good or bad, you'll know right away. How? Through our Project Management philosophy - Single Point of Communication

GBI assigns a Project Manager to each project to facilitate client communication as well as to track all project activities. They are your advocate, an on-site liaison, who represents and conveys client needs to operations and regulatory departments. This unique service streamlines project administrative work and provides the client with a single information source as well as full compilation of all project documentation.

Your Project Manager is involved with your project from the initial client visit to the shipping of final product and documentation. They chair weekly scheduled teleconferences to assure the timely delivery of project information. The help avoid common pitfalls and delays encountered periodically in the process of manufacturing of a client's product for use in clinical trials.

Man in the Plant Approach

We welcome one of your people in our facility at any time throughout the length of your project. In fact, surprise us. Stop in anytime.
